Notice to Delegates and Exhibitors – Beware if Room Poachers
It has come to our attention that unauthorized third-party accommodation service providers will contact conference delegates and tell them they have to reserve their hotel room through their housing company. This is a scam. Please note that you will NEVER receive a phone call directly from Smithers or the hotel vendors asking you to book a room. In order to make a legitimate hotel room reservation with the conference hotel, please click on the link above and book with the special rate, book via the hotel website, or contact the hotel directly.
