The workshop will be led by Eric Greenberg and Kathleen Crossman. Eric is an attorney who concentrates his practice in food and drug law and packaging law, and who has evaluated regulatory issues relating to numerous food components.

 

From chairing committees at the Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association to presenting
before a host of professional organizations, Kathleen Crossman is a trusted authority on
regulatory matters in the flavor industry. She has more than 25 years of relevant experience and
currently leads FONA’s formidable regulatory team. She and her team work to provide
customers with accurate information and solutions that help mitigate risk and keep their products and customers safe.
